Nilgun "Nilly" Serpin is an Emmy Award-winning veteran producer who has worked with high-powered talent including Jennifer Lopez, Neil Patrick Harris, Chris Pratt, Marie Kondo, Punkie Johnson, Sheryl Lee Ralph, Fortune Feimster, Danielle Brooks and Kevin Hart. Her work has been aired on Netflix, Amazon, NBC, Bravo and Roku. Her versatility in unscripted content also allows her to usher every-day people in front of the camera, nurturing them to be their most compelling and authentic selves. Skilled in team leadership, content creation, studio work, field shoots, pre-production and production, Nilly can execute any creative vision she is tasked with.  Born and raised in Brooklyn and now living in Los Angeles, Nilly has filmed domestic and abroad and is fluent in English and Turkish. She carries a degree in film and television from St. John's University and is the founder of Kismet Pictures.
